Description
Idido washing station, located at 1,960–2,090m in Ethiopia’s renowned Yirgacheffe district of Sidamo, highlights one of coffee’s most celebrated birthplaces. The region is famous for its washed coffees and grows mostly local landrace (Ethiopian heirloom) varieties, alongside JARC-developed types that balance disease resistance, higher yields, and excellent cup quality. This particular lot is processed as anaerobic natural, resulting in a vibrant cup with expressive notes of lavender, blueberry, and pink lemonade.
