FEDESI (Federación de Sociedades Cooperativas Cafetaleras de la Sierra Madre) is a cooperative in Mexico’s Chiapas region, producing Fair Trade and Organic certified coffee from the Sierra Madre mountains. It empowers smallholder farmers by providing access to markets, financing, and government support, enabling them to secure higher prices for their harvests. Grown at high altitudes, this organic-certified coffee is processed as washed, resulting in a balanced cup with layered notes of cocoa, apple, honey, and roasted almond.
