Delivery

Estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 working days from the day the order is received. After receiving the order, the goods will be ready for collection in a maximum of 2 working days, after which they will be handed over to the courier who will deliver on the principle of today for tomorrow.

Your order is delivered by a courier service for deliveries in the territory of the Republic of Serbia on the principle of the day after delivery. Delivery is made on working days from 08:00 to 17:00.

The delivery price is in accordance to the courier’s official service fees and is borne by the buyer.

If the customer enters incorrect delivery information, we are not responsible for non-delivery of the goods. We will try to contact the customer for a new address, in which case reshipping costs will be borne by the customer. In case of 2 failed delivery attempts, or if we cannot get in touch with the customer, the customer will be charged for internal costs in the amount of RSD 350. Also, if the buyer does not want to pick up the purchased goods, the delivery costs are borne by the buyer.

Papabean reserves the right to change the delivery method, sometimes there may be delays in delivery due to unforeseen reasons beyond our control.
